We are eager to hear from principals including lenders (or their representatives) about hotel real estate, non or sub performing debt secured by hotel real estate or real estate special situations. We are known to close transactions quickly, for all cash. 

Investment criteria:

• Significant discount to replacement cost
• Under-performing
• Potential to reposition (if necessary)
• High barriers to competitive entry

Our focus is primarily in the middle segment of the hotel and resort industry (i.e. Hilton,
Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Radisson, etc.)

Our preference is full service properties, specifically hotels and resorts with meeting facilities.

Single asset or portfolio acquisitions.

Transaction size from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000
