Curtis Gudmundson is the President of Milestone, founded Milestone in 1987, bringing with him over forty years of business experience including commercial banking, securities, real estate, and newly formed companies. Gudmundson is a general partner and equity partner in investments located throughout the United States with a value in excess of $300 million. From 1970 to 1978, he was a pilot with the United States Air Force and the North Dakota Air National Guard, flying the F101 fighter interceptor aircraft. He served as Vice-Chairperson on the board of the Ordway Theater in St. Paul, Minnesota and served on the board of People Serving People, a homeless shelter in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He currently serves on the Minnesota State University Moorhead Foundation board. Gudmundson holds a BA in economics from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Patrick Conlin has over thirty years of business experience, including real estate, management consulting, newly formed companies and investment management. Mr. Conlin is general partner and equity partner in real estate and other investments with a value in excess of $300 million. Mr. Conlin is also President of Milestone Capital Management, a firm that manages a deep value public equity portfolio of securities with approximately $70 million in assets. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Conlin was involved in the early stages of SBS, a Minneapolis-based computer software firm and was a senior financial consultant in the Special Services division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Conlin is a founder and board member of Minneapolis Next, a non-profit corporation creating educational and other life-enriching opportunities for determined, at-risk youth in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Mr. Conlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
